A firearm is an investment. Before ordering from our site, please make sure that you are legally able to have the item in your area, and that you do indeed want the item. No amendments to orders can take place once an order is placed.  The only way to amend an order is to cancel the order and a new order can be placed.  Once we begin processing the order you are not able to cancel it. We urge you to thoroughly inspect all firearms before proceeding with the transfer.  Please note that once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used even if it is unfired.  Crossfire Arms LLC cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once the order has been processed.  We do not reimburse FFL transfer fees, Shipping Fees on returned items.  A 30% re-stocking fee will be charged.  This re-stocking fee will also be charged for Accessories, Optics and Ammunition.  We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection.  However, upon discovering a defect after the transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy).  By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Please check all of your state and local laws prior to placing a firearms order.  You are responsible for restocking and shipping fees even if the order is not legal in your state.

All NFA Items Sales are Final. Due to the long form processing time by the NFA branch, once an NFA item is ordered it can not be cancelled or exchanged.  Please check all of your state and local laws prior to placing an order for a NFA item.
